Welcome to the foundations of the Rebel Series. We’ll be training together for the first four (4) weeks to make sure you’re set up for success with the foundations of strength training to make sure your Rebel Series™ journey is a success!

How it works.
1.
Your strength and conditioning program is delivered though TrainHeroic. App links below.
2.
For programming questions at the start of the month, book through your coaches Office Hours in the ‘book it’ section below.
3.
Every week we host a Live Group Session on Zoom to chat about the weekly topic (link posted in TrainHeroic and in the ‘book it’ now section below.
4.
Every week connect with your coach for a LaserFocus call to remove barriers and get to your goal. Book them in the ‘book it’ section below.

How to enter Access Code in the TrainHeroic App:
1. Head to your profile by clicking the button on the bottom right corner
2. Click the gear symbol at the top right corner
3. Click on My Training
4. Click on Enter Access Code
5. Enter Access Code for the Training Block you’re on (see below)
