Rebel Nutrition™ will teach you how to calculate the calories you need to eat for your goals, and how to track your macros so that you can pack on muscle while burning fat!

Here’s how the challenge works:

When you join our challenge, you’ll get an email with your very own Google Drive Folder.
On day one of the challenge, we’ll ask that you upload a “before” photo into your progress pics folder.

You’ll monthly check-ins with a few questions regarding your goals, progress and experience.

On Day 90, you’ll upload your final “after” photo revealing your transformation!

I’ve crafted two program streams that are expertly designed to build strength, pack on muscle, and shed fat.

If you’re into powerlifting and want to build up your squat, bench, and deadlift, you’ll love our Powerbuild program. This program is a perfect blend of strength and muscle-building workouts. You’ll be training 4 times a week using an Upper/Lower Split (2 upper body and 2 lower body sessions a week)

If your schedule is busy, but you still want to make strength gains and pack on muscle, our 3 days per week full body stream is perfect. In this program, you’ll still be able to train effectively by hitting one exercise per muscle group in each workout, giving you the frequency to look and feel your best.

Your program is delivered straight to your smartphone using the TrainHeroic App where you’ll be able to view your workouts, track your weights and watch your progress skyrocket.

When you start training, you will have questions about exercise modifications, technique, and nutrition. It’s part of the process. We want you to take full advantage of my coaching through Discord where you’ll get immediate coaching feedback.

And, of course, what would a transformation program be without nutrition guidance? You’ll have access to the Rebel Nutrition Guide, explaining how to track your calories and macros for your specific goals.

After signing-up for Rebel Series™ you’ll be sent an email with access to your member portal, complete with download links for the TrainHeroic App where you can find your programming, Training Guide, Rebel Nutrition™ Guide, and Discord Channel for community discussion and live chat access with your coach. 

What to expect after signing up

Step 2

In the members portal, You’ll find the TrainHeroic Access Codes for each Program stream.

Click the program stream of your choosing and it will bring you to its corresponding member’s portal where you’ll find resources to help you get started.

Step 3

Don’t forget to join our Discord Channel and introduce yourself. This is a chance for you to meet other rebels and interact with your coaches. If you need technique help in your lifts, or need modifications, you’ll be able to chat with your coach directly.

FAQs

  • Rebel Series is designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who’ve been working out for the past few years. Because this program is intense, a requisite knowledge in using barbells and dumbbells is needed. Please feel free to send us an email and we can help you find a more suitable program for you.

  • 90 Days from purchase. Our coaches like to work with their clients for at least 3 months to see trends, patterns, and optimal results, but there’s no obligation to continue after your 90 Days.

    Please note: If You’ve selected the monthly option of $37, billing will continue after 90 days, on a monthly reoccurring payment schedule.

    If you selected the 3-month paid up-front option of $97, your billing cycle will continue every 3 months after your 90 days.

  • This program is designed for full gym access. You’ll need a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, a cable machine, and exercise machines found at any commercial gym. A garage gym set up with a barbell, dumbbells, and bands is also enough to get all the benefits from this program.

  • We work in training blocks. A training Block can last as little as 4 weeks, and be as long as 12 weeks.

  • Once you’ve signed up, you'll receive an email with download instructions for the TrainHeroic app — you can download through the AppStore or Google Play. There will also be a download link in your Members Portal

  • No problem. When you click the Discord Invite link, it will prompt you to create a profile. It’s super quick and easy.

  • Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email to setup your member portal on Squarespace. You’ll have access to your account details, including your billing info through this area. You can change billing details and manage your subscription directly through your member account.
